Hanna Merlini’s practice focuses on family and matrimonial law (divorce, matrimonial protection, maintenance and child protection).
She also represents clients in general criminal proceedings and is particularly active in the defence of victims’ rights.
Hanna Merlini studied law at the University of Geneva, where she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in law in September 2019, a Master’s degree in ivil and criminal law in February 2021 and the Certificate of specialisation in legal matters in July 2021.
During her legal internship, she started to work in family and criminal law at the law firm TerrAvocats in Geneva.
After passing her bar exam in November 2023, she joined Odier Halpérin & Associés Sàrl as an associate in April 2024.
