Alexandre Duarte Diniz provides legal advice and acts as a litigation lawyer both in private law and public law matters. He mainly focuses on real estate law, tenancy law, construction law, contract law and bankruptcy & debt enforcement law.
He studied law at the University of Fribourg, which awarded him a Bachelor’s degree of law in 2018 before continuing his academic education at the University of Geneva until he obtained a Master’s degree of law in 2020. The same year, he obtained a Certificate of Specialization in Legal Practice from the Geneva Bar School (University of Geneva).
During his studies, Alexandre Duarte Diniz completed internships in a renowned law firm and within a court.
He then completed his legal internship at the Geneva law firm Perréard de Boccard SA.
Alexandre Duarte Diniz was admitted to the Bar of Geneva (also admitted before all Swiss courts) in December 2022 and joined Odier Halpérin & Associés Sàrl as an associate in 2023.
