Sarah Nathalie Halpérin’s practice mainly focuses on labour law where she advises clients in the public or private sector, with issues such as preparing employment contracts and supporting clients through the various aspects of a working relationship.
She also advises and represents her clients, both employers and employees, in the event of disputes.
Sarah Nathalie Halpérin completed her studies at the Geneva University as well as at the Zurich University. She graduated (law degree and master) in 2005.
She then became a trainee lawyer in the judicial department of the law firm Lenz & Staehelin in Geneva. Once admitted to the Geneva Bar in November 2007, she joined the law firm Borel & Barbey as an associate in February 2008. There she practised in the judicial field and with a focus on labour law.
In 2016, Sarah Nathalie Halpérin obtained a Certificate of Advanced Studies from Lausanne University and the title of SBA Specialist Labour Law from the Swiss Bar Association.
She co-founded Odier Halpérin Steinmann LLC in 2017.
